Wild COMM: Norb <br /> Scribner <br /> LYNCH/DREPS to grant variances of 9 . 1 feet from combined sideyards <br /> required for proposed Lot #2 ; variances of 47 feet from minimum <br /> required lot width for both lots and variances of 2807 square feet <br /> for proposed Lot 1 and 2758 square feet for proposed Lot 2 to <br /> permit reconfiguration of 2 existing lots as proposed by certified <br /> survey map. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Proposal is to equally split two existing substandard lots by <br /> Certified Survey Map. <br /> 2 . Property ownership (outer) boundaries remain unchanged - <br /> including existing lot line splitting old boathouse. <br /> 3 . Approval maintains original platted lot dimensions and areas, <br /> however substandard to todays requirements. <br /> 4 . Board has approved similar requests within shoreland areas. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2 . Bogner COMM: --- <br /> DREPS/LYNCH to grant permit with conditions to permit fill and <br /> grade to repair erosion around grinder pump and within easement <br /> granted to Sanitary District as proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the <br /> Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2 . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and <br /> regulations particularly Sec. 11. 05 (4) of DCO. <br /> 3 . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate <br /> of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the <br /> project. <br /> 4 . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion <br /> of project. <br /> 5. Completion and certification deadline of June 1, 1994 <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Due to wave action and this years unseasonably wet weather <br /> work by the Sanitary District has significantly eroded. <br /> 2 . Proposal is to restore natural grade and utilize less erodible <br /> material. <br /> 3 . Plans and specifications submitted by Terry Callaway, P. E. <br /> to, 4 . Property owner removes objection subject to adhering to <br /> specific conditions. <br />
