Appeal by Donald Grawehr for a variance from required <br /> sideyard as provided by Sections 10. 107 (7) and 10. 16 (5) (a) to <br /> permit proposed addition to existing single family residence at <br /> 2942 Waubesa Avenue being Lot #8, Block #3 , Waubesa Beach - 2nd <br /> Addition - Section 5, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Grawehr OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> KLOPP/GASRILL to grant variance of 1. 6 feet from required right <br /> sideyard to permit addition/alteration of existing residence as <br /> proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> err 1) . Proposed construction will enclose existing porch and raise <br /> ceiling height. <br /> 2) . Project will be on existing footprint or continue existing <br /> building line. <br /> 3) . Due to residence not sitting squarely on lot variance required <br /> decreases from 1. 6 feet to 0.4 feet over project dimension. <br /> 4) . Numerous other nonconforming structures many with variances, <br /> located within immediate area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. (Lynch, abstain) . <br /> #2472 . Appeal by McDonald Corporation for a variance from required <br /> sign height and area as provided by Section 10. 74 (5) and 19 to <br /> permit on-premise signage located West of 6325 Martin Drive being <br /> Lot #2, Highway 19, Commercial Plat - Section 5, Town of Burke. <br /> (Withdrawn by applicant) . <br /> #2473 .
