Subject property handles vast expanses of run-off originating <br /> from adjoining golf course. <br /> 2) . Proposal is intended to keep run-off channeled and prevent <br /> damage to residence. <br /> 3) . Utmost care will be taken to ensure minimal damage to mature <br /> trees. <br /> 4) .
