GASXILL/LYNCH to grant, with conditions, permit to fill, <br /> grade and retaining. structures to stabilize bank after boathouse <br /> construction. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the <br /> Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and <br /> regulations particularly § 11. 05 (4) of Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate <br /> of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the <br /> project. <br /> 4) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion <br /> of project. <br /> 5) . Applicant to install cover vegetation and plantings as to give <br /> shoreline natural appearance. <br /> 6) . Project to commence Spring of 1994 with completion deadline of <br /> July 1, 1994 . <br /> 7) . Any walkways or landings utilizing a decking type construction <br /> will be at grade. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Areas disturbed during boathouse construction and accompanying <br /> stairway from bank need stabilization. <br /> 2) . Due to unpredictable Fall weather project will not commence <br /> until Spring. <br /> 3) . Project will improve what was highly erodable natural bank. <br /> 4) . Engineering by Robert Jones, professional engineer. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) .
