Nickolas George is professional engineer for applicant and has endorsed <br /> plans and specifications. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2419. Appeal by Paul and Lori Dresen for a variance from required setback <br /> from road and sideyards as provided by Sections 10.17(3) and 10.05(7) to <br /> permit proposed additions to existing residence at 7794 Martinsville Road in <br /> the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 7, Town of Springfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: P & L Dresen OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Environmental Health <br /> Department, Town Board. <br /> Gaskill/Lynch to grant variance of 46.5 feet from required setback to <br /> centerline of Martinsville Road also to grant variance of 7 more or less feet <br /> from required left sideyard and 4 more or less feet from required total of <br /> both sideyards to permit garage rebuild over existing footprint. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). — arage, as exists, has flat roof and in need of repair. <br /> 2) . Proposed living room addition behind garage will meet required side and <br /> rearyards. <br /> 3). Existing residence extends nearer to right-of-way line than does garage <br /> which is proposed to be replaced. <br /> 4). Septic system prevents relocating garage to complying location. <br /> 5) . Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming properties with numerous <br /> variances granted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. (Dreps, abstain). <br /> #2420. Appeal by Michael E. Skindrud for a variance from required setback <br /> from road and sideyard as provided by Sections 10.17(4) and 10.07(7) to permit <br /> addition/alteration of existing residence. Also, for Special Exception Permit <br /> as provided by Section 11 .05(3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 <br /> feet of Lake Kegonsa at 2166 Colladay Point Drive - being Lot #24, Colladay's <br /> Point Plat - Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Skindrud OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board, neighbor, <br /> Falk. <br /> Gaskill/Klopp to grant variance of 5 feet from required setback to <br /> right-of-way of Colladay Point Drive and variance of 2 feet from required <br /> right sideyard to permit garage additions as Proposed. Also, to grant, with <br /> conditions, permit to fill , grade and retaining walls as proposed. <br />
