Sideyard variance is to expand dormer from 2nd level , all of which is <br /> within existing footprint. <br /> 2). Setback from road variance is for roof expansion (covered walkway) which <br /> continues existing building line. <br /> 3). Garage entrance and parking area will be changed, however drainage <br /> pattern to remain the same. <br /> 4) . Retaining wall will be a reconstruct of crumbling fieldstone wall which <br /> exists. <br /> 5). Engineering and Special Exception over site by George Weir, professional <br /> engineer. <br /> 6). Property is in an area of numerous variances granted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> VARIANCE: <br /> I ). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance s much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> SPECIAL EXCEPTION: <br /> I ). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0, (Dreps, abstain). <br /> #2421 .
