Applicant who without permits, has poured 10' x 16' slab on which to <br /> construct enclosed porch. <br /> 2). A 5' x 10' wide porch was removed. <br /> 3). Enlarged porch and wheelchair ramp to accommodate individual with limited <br /> mobility. <br /> 4) . Applicant has very small lot, being only 34 feet in width , and buildable <br /> area extremely limited. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11 .05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Due to heavy rains and wave action bank and its stabilizing vegetation <br /> collapsed. <br /> Coy 2). Proposal is to stabilize, cover with topsoil and seed with crown vetch . <br /> 3). Work by Amble Landscaping and Engineering by Robert Trefz professional <br /> Engineer. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br />
