Applicant proposes to extend, with enclosed porch nearer to normal high <br /> watermark 16 feet on one side and 12 feet with open deck on opposite side. <br /> 2). Building setbacks appear to be in line with adjoining structures while <br /> shoreline is irregular. <br /> 3). Adjoining property owners spoke in opposition to project as it would <br /> lessen the view of the lake. <br /> 4). Distances utilized in determining average setbacks is disputed by <br /> objectors. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2388.
