BOA 5/27/93 Minutes <br /> Page 6 <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Subject to Department of Natural Resources and Land Conservation <br /> Committee reviews and approvals. <br /> 5). Completion and certification deadline of September 15, 1993. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> I ). Property is township park which has drainage difficulties and no <br /> effective way to handle run-off. <br /> 2). Field run-off from West side of USH 51 will be filtered in a <br /> sedimentation basin on subject propery. <br /> 3). Swale will be incorporated to direct run-off to existing waterway to Lake <br /> Kegonsa. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful condition. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2290 - Weber. <br /> Dreps/Klopp to grant with conditions permit to fill and grade to alleviate <br /> ponding water on residential property. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> I ). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11 .05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). That project plan be incorporated with plan of Township (#2388) to <br /> effectively divert run-off onto town property. <br /> 5). Completion and certification deadline September 15, 1993. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> I ). Applicant's property presently holds water run-off, from adjoining <br /> properties on both sides. <br /> 2). Over-flow run-off covers town road in front of applicant's property <br /> creating unsafe condition. <br /> 3). Project will involve surface grading and culvert under road. <br /> 4). Warren Myer, professional engineer for the township will tie project to <br /> that granted to Town of Dunn. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2389. Appeal by Hometown Builders, agent for Daniel Silverman for a variance <br /> from maximum lot coverage and required setback from normal high watermark as <br /> provided by Section 10.07(5) and 11 .03(2) (b) to permit deck addition to <br /> existing residence at 3340 Quam Drive being NW 1/2 of Lot #18, Ole J. Quam <br /> Park - Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br />
