That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11 .05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Permit approval subject to issuance of a zoning permit for residential <br /> construction. <br /> 5). Special Exception Permit valid for 6 months from date of issuance of <br /> zoning permit. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> I ). Proposed project to construct drive and install culverts within 300 feet <br /> of March Creek and/or any tributaries thereof. <br /> 2). Property has flood zone restrictions and project will require flood zone <br /> permit. <br /> 3). Driveway is intended to serve proposed residential construction. <br /> 4). When and if project becomes reality necessary engineering will be <br /> provided. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> Other Business as Permitted by Law: <br /> Board will tentatively reschedule inspection trip to Tuesday June 15th - <br /> confirmation to follow. <br /> Gaskill/Klopp to adjourn.
