Encroachment will be a wedge shaped portion of building not exceeding 31 <br /> feet to right-of-way and tapering to 0 feet over a distance of approximately <br /> 25 feet. <br /> 6). Zor Court is unused and unimproved town road leading to the lake. <br /> 2). The township is unwilling to vacate however has no plans for ever <br /> improving in the future. <br /> 3). 10 feet minimum setback, as granted, has same effect as required sideyard <br /> if road were not there. <br /> 4). Below grade well is intended to be upgraded and incorporated into this <br /> project. <br />
