BOA 4/22/93 Minutes Page 3 IN FAVOR: T. West OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. Gaskill/Lynch to grant, with conditons, permit to fill, grade and seawall construction as proposed. CONDITIONS: 1). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. 4). Subject to all other necessary governmental approval, to include Department of Natural Resources permit. 5) . Completion and certification deadline June 15, 1993. FINDING OF FACT: 1). Project is to reconstruct a crumbling seawall for bank stabilization. 2). Project has engineering by John Kliethermes - professional engineer. 3). Project to include soil erosion prevention measures while bare ground is exposed to elements. CONCLUSION: 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. Appeal by David Benjamin for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05(3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa at 2687 Maple Drive, SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: R. Sarko, D. Benjamin OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board, Mr. Miller - neighbor. Dreps/Gaskill to grant, with conditions, permit to fill, grade and retaining walls as proposed to recontour lot, after construction projects, for waste drainage. CONDITIONS: 1). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencment of any work. 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. 4) . Completion and certification deadline July 15, 1993. 5). Applicant is responsible for additional water if adversely effecting neighbors. FINDING OF FACT: 1) . Project is intended to improve lot drainage after residential additions, boathouse construction and retaining walls. 2). Project is certified by Roland Sarko - professional engineer. 3). Project to include soil erosion prevention measure while bare ground is exposed to elements.
