Also for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa at 1971 <br /> Skyline Drive being Lot 5 , Cottage Park, and additional <br /> lands in the NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 30, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Oehlein OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: - <br /> Deck/Boathouse: Dreps/Lynch to grant variances of 2 . 5 feet from <br /> required setback to normal high watermark, 0 . 9 feet to left <br /> sideyard 0 . 6 feet to right sideyard - also, 0 . 43 feet to maximum <br /> height of boathouse to permit decking atop of existing boathouse as <br /> constructed. Motion carried - 5-0 . <br /> SPECIAL EXCEPTION: Dreps/Lynch to grant, wih conditions, permit <br /> to fill and grade as completed around existing boathouse. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the <br /> Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with aprpoved <br /> engineering standards and all appicable governmental rules and <br /> regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate <br /> of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the <br /> project. <br /> 4) . Subject to receiving all other necessary governmental <br /> approvals. <br /> 5) . Hot tub to be moved to a complying location. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . All work completed without necessary permits. <br /> 2) . Decking over boathouse is to protect flat roof over existing <br /> structure. <br /> 3) . Hot tub is not permitted within setback to normal high <br /> watermark. <br /> 4) . Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structures to <br /> which numerous variances have been granted. <br />
