Motion carried - 3-1, <br /> (Kay, no) . <br /> Also, KAY/GASKILL to sustain Zoning Administrator' s <br /> Interpretation and deny argument that sideyards are measured '` <br /> from foundations . Applicant has constructed residence with foundation at <br /> minimum required sideyards and proposes to encroach 2-3 <br /> inches into sideyard with insulation and siding. <br /> 2) . Lot is 55 feet wide, with foundation being 40 feet In <br /> width. <br /> 3 . Applicant failed to comply with surveyor verification <br /> being provided to County. <br /> 4) . Required sideyards must total 15 feet combined and (` <br /> minimum of 5 feet one side. <br /> 5) . Finished wall measurements have been historically used <br /> by Zoning Department in determining required setbacks . <br />
