Meeting called to order at 6: 30 P.M. in Room 2-E City-County Building by Chair Quackenbush to hold Public Hearing as publish by Class II Notice. #2770 . Appeal by Westport Water Utility District for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Yahara River located at Westport Road and CTH M in various 1/4 1/4' s, Section 22, Town of Westport. IN FAVOR: M. Von Drasek OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: County Highway, Town Board GASKILL/KAY to grant, with conditions, permit to fill and grade in conjunction with water main installation as proposed. CONDITIONS: 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County Code of Ordinances . 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency approvals . 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion of project. 6) . That all disturbed areas within shoreland jurisdiction utilize jute matting for erosion prevention. 7) . Permit valid October 7, 1996 with completion and certification deadline of November 1, 1996 FINDING OF FACT: 1) . Project will consist of installing approximately 3600 linear feet of iron water main. 2) . The majority of main will be within right-of-ways of CTH M & Westport Roads .
