Proposal is to construct a 4 .2 mile 8 inch pipeline <br /> alongside existing 6 inch pipeline to relieve low natural <br /> gas pressures . <br /> 2) . Loop construction will cross the flood plain of the <br /> Koshkonong Creek and its tributaries . <br /> 3) . Approvals received from D.N.R. , Army Corps of <br /> Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and has Erosion Control <br /> Plan from LCC. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions . Lease <br /> SAYLES/KLOPP to hold Special Exception Permit request until <br /> October Hearing to allow applicant to provide additional <br /> materials . Motion carried 5-0. <br /> KAY/KLOPP to grant variance of 17 . 7 feet from required <br /> setback to right-of-way of Morris Park Road to permit garage <br /> addition to existing residence as proposed on revised plan <br /> labeled Exhibit `A' . <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has revised plan to attach to residence from <br /> previous detached submittal . <br /> 2) . Road sometime after platting was widened thusly <br /> required setback changes from 20 feet to 30 feet . <br /> 3) . Property is in an area of numerous non-conforming <br /> structures with numerous variances granted. <br /> 4) . Property drops steadily from road towards lake. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public.
