BOA MINUTES 8/22/96 <br /> Page 1 <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 22, 1996 <br /> PRESENT: Quackenbush, Gaskill, Klopp and Sayles <br /> ALSO: Reynolds <br /> Meeting called to order at 6: 30 P.M. in Room 2-E City-County <br /> Building by Chair Quackenbush to hold Public Hearing as <br /> publish by Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: KLOPP/SAYLES to approve minutes of July 18 and <br /> July 25, 1996 as submitted. Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2762 . Appeal by Frank Schuepbach and Betty Bahr for a <br /> variance from required sideyard as provided by Section <br /> 10 . 07 (7) and 10 . 16 (5) to permit proposed entry addition to <br /> existing residence at 4344 Jordan Drive being Lot #40, <br /> Brictson Park - Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to grant variance of 0.25± feet to permit <br /> addition to existing residence, which will not extend more <br /> than 4 feet from existing building line and that existing <br /> porch be reduced to comply with this approval . <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant proposed to add open entry porch, bathroom <br /> and basement access . <br /> 2) . Variance approval is to finished sidewall and brick <br /> facing. <br /> 3) . Lot is only 40 feet in width and located in an area of <br /> numerous non-conforming structures and numerous variances <br /> granted. Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2763 . Appeal by the Village of DeForest to Appeal the <br /> Interpretion of the Dane County Zoning Administrator as it <br /> pertains to time limit for initiation of Conditional Use <br /> Permits - Section 10 . 255 (2) (L) , Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances . <br /> KLOPP/SAYLES to adjourn appeal, not beyond February 1997 <br /> Hearing, upon request of applicant . Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> L <br />
