Perkins OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> SAYLES/GASKILL to deny requested variance from left sideyard <br /> to permit residence as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . New residence (ZP 1996 1308) was constructed in <br /> violation of required 10 foot minimum sideyard. <br /> 2) . Residence slightly askew on lot and sideyard <br /> encroachment extends a distance of 16± feet. <br /> 3) . A requested transfer of land between adjoining owners <br /> was halted, but may Have to be re-initiated. <br /> 4) . No similar variances in immediate area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried - <br /> 4-0 . <br /> #2765. Appeal by ANR Pipeline Company, agent for various <br /> owners for a Special Exception Permit as provided by <br /> Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within <br /> 300 feet of Koshkonong Creek located in the various 1/4' s <br /> 1/4' s - Sections 19 and 20, Town of Sun Prairie and Section <br /> 36, Town of Burke . <br /> IN FAVOR: T. Field, S . Taipala, R. Rivard OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: County Highway, Regional Planning Commission <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES to hold request until September Hearing to <br /> allow applicant to provide additional information. Motion <br /> carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2766 . Appeal by Richard and Amy Krumenauer for a Special <br /> Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit <br /> filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of tributary to <br /> Blums Creek located at 7151 Kippley Road in the NW 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Roxbury. <br /> IN FAVOR: R.
