BOA MINUTES 8/22/96 <br /> Page 6 <br /> (10, <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules <br /> and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project . <br /> 6) . Permit valid August 22, 1996 with completion and <br /> certification deadline of October 1, 1996 . <br /> 7) . That disturbed areas be sodded rather than seeded. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant proposes to remove existing cottage and <br /> construct new single family residence. <br /> 2) . Property is partially within flood plain and will <br /> require flood zone permit . <br /> 3) . Existing driveway to be built up with gravel from CTH Y <br /> to building site . <br /> 4) . Project designed by Dean Stitgen, professional <br /> engineer. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions .
