BOA MINUTES 8/22/96 <br /> Page 5 <br /> C <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project entails gravel road construction, pad <br /> construction and replacement and land leveling. <br /> 2) . There is a 100 foot+ of existing undisturbed grass to <br /> act as erosion barrier. <br /> 3) . Project in conjunction with 100 lot plat for mobile <br /> home type condominiums . <br /> 4) . Engineering by Cleve Gombar P.E. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions . Motion carried 4-0 . <br /> #2769 . Appeal by Town of Dunn for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (3) (b) to <br /> permit entry addition to Town Hall at 4156 CTH B in the <br /> SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: V. Wulfekuhle OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> County Highway, Town Board. <br /> (110, SAYLES/KLOPP to grant variance of 6. 79 feet to right-of-way <br /> of Keenan Road to permit entry addition to existing Town <br /> Hall . <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Existing structure, built in the late 1800' s almost <br /> entirely within the required setback of Keenan Road. <br /> 2) . Addition is required by Federal Law to comply with <br /> American Disabilities Act . <br /> 3) . County Highway Department has no objection and no <br /> indication of pending reconstruction of CTH B. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant.
