BOA MINUTES 8/22/96 <br /> Page 4 <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant requests a 4 . 38 feet variance from the <br /> required 10 foot minimum sideyard. <br /> 2) . Lot is 116 foot wide and 373 foot deep. <br /> 3) . Design alternatives or a detached garage could meet <br /> desired storage needs without needs for variance. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2768 . Appeal by Fish Lake Development LLC for a Special <br /> Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit <br /> filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Fish Lake located <br /> East of 8565 Schoepp Road in the E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 3, <br /> Town of Roxbury. <br /> IN FAVOR: C. Gombar and K. Kearny OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: --- <br /> SAYLES/GASKILL to grant, with conditions, permit to fill, <br /> grade for road construction, land leveling and drainage <br /> associated with construction of mobile home park. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules <br /> and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) .
