Motion Carried 3 - 1 [KLOPP -No] <br /> [QUACKENBUSH- Abstain] <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant had previously recieved variance#2589, 12/22/94, to allow open deck <br /> addition to existing residence. <br /> 2). Applicant roofed over and enclosed said deck without necessary permits. <br /> 3). Property has had several other variances previously approved. <br /> 4). The Board has routinely granted variances from Normal High Water Mark provided <br /> they not be covered or enclosed. <br /> tor <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1).
