BOA 12/19/96 Minutes <br /> Page 5 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). That plans and specifications be prepared by a liscensed engineer within the scope of <br /> the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed. That all work be performed <br /> in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules <br /> and regulations particularly Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a Certificate of compliance by a <br /> liscenced engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Subject to all other necessary governmental agency approvals. <br /> 5). Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion of project. <br /> 6). Permit valid April 1, 1997 with completion and certification deadline of June 1, 1997. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant proposes retaining wall and yard stabilization after construction of garage <br /> and living space addition to existing residence. <br /> 2). Area is presently stabilized until April 1997 commencement date. <br /> 3). Project includes lower level lakeside walkout which necessitates Special Exception <br /> Permit. <br /> 4). Project is similar to numerous permits approved for adjoining properties. <br /> 5). Property differs 43 ± - feet from road elevation sloping downward to lake level. <br /> 6)Plans and specifications prepared by Jeff LaViolette, P. E. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions, will not result in substantial <br /> detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life <br /> or safe and healthful conditions.
