CONDITIONS : 1) . The structure shall be removed a the owner' s expense if future road improvement requires additional right-of-way. 2) . That shed comply with all other necessary government rules and regulation. 3) . Condition requested by lower Wisconsin State Riverway Board that 1 or 2 additional trees or shrubs, to reach a height of 6 feet within 3 years, be established to render the structure visually inconspicuous .
