Appeal by Peter Mortenson, Jr. and Brenda Meinholz <br /> for a variance from required setback from normal high <br /> watermark as provided by Section 11 . 03 (2) to permit addition <br /> to existing residence at 4302 Jordan Drive being Lot #19, <br /> Block #1, Brictson Park - Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Mortenson OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> Town Board, Department of Natural Resources <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES to grant variance Of 13± feet from required <br /> setback to normal high watermark to permit 10' x 12' deck, <br /> with additional 3 feet maximum stairway to extend from <br /> existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Approval is a reasonable trade-off of a modest <br /> encroachment and being able to utilize lake property. <br /> 2) . Property is in an area of numerous non-conforming <br /> structures with numerous variances having been granted. <br /> 3) . Lot is only 40 feet in width and residence is small at <br /> 900± square feet, deck will add to living area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest . <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant . <br /> Motion carried 5-0 . <br /> #2758 . Appeal by Nancy & David Molitor for a variance from <br /> required sideyard as provided by Sections 10 . 123 (7) and <br /> 10 . 05 (7) to permit addition to existing residence at 6745 <br /> Sunset Meadow Drive being Lot 2, Block 6, 1st Addition <br /> Sunset Meadows - Section 29, Town of Windsor. <br /> (was withdrawn) <br /> #2759 . Appeal by Ricky and Laura Martin and Mark and Karen <br /> Hurley for a variance from required setback from normal high <br /> watermark and sideyard as provided by Sections 11 . 03 (2) and <br /> 10. 07 (7) to permit addition to existing residence and <br /> boathouse at 2418 CTH AB being Lot #15 and part of Lot 19, <br /> Pike Front - Section 14, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Martin, K.
