Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Ate kL <br /> rEDRUAIW—PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: <br /> #2722 . Appeal by Paul and Ruby Toussaint and Herman <br /> Toussaint for a variance from required maximum square <br /> footage of accessory buildings as provided by Section <br /> 10 . 04 (1) to permit residential garage on vacant lot located <br /> across from 3280 Brooklyn Drive in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 - <br /> Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: H & R Toussaint, P. Christopher OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to approve, with condition, variance of 864 <br /> square feet to permit residential garage to be constructed <br /> on vacant lot. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> That existing garage on lot on which the residence is <br /> situated be removed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has relatively small lake lot with home and <br /> detached garage located at or within road right-of-way. <br /> 2) . Residence lot slopes away from road, towards lake, and <br /> could not support garage without numerous variances . <br /> 3) . Similar variances have been granted in immediate area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> #2723 . Appeal by Habitat for Humanity for a variance from <br /> required setback from road, required side and rearyards as <br /> provided by Sections 10. 17 (5) , 10. 08 (7) and (8) to permit <br /> alteration of existing residences at 2475 Eric Circle and <br /> tow 1022 Fiedler Lane in the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 being Lots 12 and 15, <br /> Assessor' s Plat #5, Section 35, Town of Madison. <br />
