Consideration not given to Lot #15, Assessor' s Plat #5 <br /> (1022 Fielder Lane) as site or structural plans not yet <br /> submitted. <br /> 2) . Both structures are deemed non-conforming as to <br /> location and proposed alteration (flat to pitched roof) <br /> requires variances . <br /> 3) . "Foot print" of dwellings to be unchanged. <br /> 4) . Alteration is part of building up-grade and will <br /> eleviate water problems associated with flat roof design. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. Boehnen OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: County Highway, Regional Planning Commission <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to grant, with condition, permit to fill and <br /> grade for driveway and lot drainage, after new residence <br /> construction as constructed. <br /> CONDITIONS : <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> trw approvals . <br /> 5) . That plan incorporate a "Stone weeper" South of the <br /> Westerly most culvert. <br />
