Bishop' s Bay - Westport - 11/16/95 P.H. <br /> KLOPP/GASKILL to hold in abeyance until May Hearing and try <br /> to include in inspection trip at request of applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2674 . Flaig - Cross Plains - 10/26/95 <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Flaig <br /> KLOPP/GASKILL grant with conditions, Special Exception <br /> Permit to fill and grade to construct drainage swale around <br /> residence as proposed. <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br /> 6) . Permit valid April 26, 1996 thru May 31, 1996. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Request is a continuation of request originally heard <br /> on October 26, 1995 and was unable to complete prior to on- <br /> set of Winter weather. <br /> 2) . Applicant has constructed residence, driveway and <br /> completed most lot grading. <br /> 3) . Residence is constructed into a hill and run-off, <br /> without a swale to divert, would wash into backside of <br /> residence . <br /> 4) . Engineering provided by Aleck Cheney, Professional <br /> Engineer. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions. Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2669. Mantel - Burke - 9/28/95 P.H. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Mantel, B.
