Douglas OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> KLOPP/GASKILL to grant, with conditions, permit to fill and <br /> grade, as proposed within boundary of Lake Kegonsa State <br /> Park. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals. <br /> 5) . Permit valid from April 1, 1996 to June 1, 1996. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project is beach improvement and to comply with <br /> American Disabilities Act standards . <br /> 2) . Project will reduce grade by lengthening beach area <br /> thereby reducing erosion. <br /> 3) . Retaining walls will contain beach sand and the tie <br /> into shoreland rip-rap. <br /> 4) . Engineering provided by Randy Douglas, P.E. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) .
