IN FAVOR: D. Borsechnik, R. Douglas OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board KLOPP/GASKILL to grant, with conditions, permit to fill and grade, as proposed within boundary of Lake Kegonsa State Park. CONDITIONS: 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of 3) . Project is beach improvement and to comply with American Disabilities Act standards . 2) . Project will reduce grade by lengthening beach area thereby reducing erosion. 3) . Retaining walls will contain beach sand and the tie into shoreland rip-rap. 4) . Engineering provided by Randy Douglas, P.E. CONCLUSION: 1) .
