That there be filed with the Zoning Department a Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency approvals. 5) . Permit valid June 1, 1996 until July 15, 1996. 6) . That Haybale and Erosion Fencing be utilized at shoreline to further prevent erosion from reaching lake. 7) . That any stair leading to boathouse if incorporating directional change,not have a landing exceeding 4' x 8' in size. 8) . That after boathouse work commences Zoning Department routinely inspects every 2 weeks to assure erosion prevention measures in place. 9) . That berm construction around boathouse to discourage erosion be at the discretion of the Zoning Department FINDING OF FACT: 1) . Applicant proposes substantial additions to existing residence, new boathouse and related contouring for lot drainage. 2) . Retaining walls and boathouse are incorporated into 24 foot high banking. 3) . Engineering provided by Ronald Klaas, Professional Engineer. CONCLUSION: 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions . Appeal by Town of Westport Water Utility for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Six Mile Creek, the Yahara River and their tributaries in the various 1/4 1/4' s - Sections 16, 21, 22 and 27, Town of Westport.
