That stone weepers be installed in the advent of <br /> significant rainstorm event. <br /> 7) . Permit valid May 1, 1996 thru July 31, 1996. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Permit for those projects within 300 feet of Six Mile <br /> Creek, Yahara River and tributary to Lake Mendota. <br /> 2) . Project is for public water main system by the Town of <br /> Westport water utility district. <br /> 3) . Project involves trenching laying pipe, backfill and <br /> stabilize soon after installation. <br /> 4) . Engineering provided by Mark Vondrasek Professional <br /> Engineer with the Mayo Corporation. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions.
