BOA MINUTES 3/28/96 <br /> Page 7 <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . After start of project Zoning Department will routinely <br /> inspect every 2 weeks to ensure Erosion Control <br /> measures are maintained. <br /> 6) . That stone weepers be installed in the advent of <br /> significant rainstorm event. <br /> 7) . Permit valid May 1, 1996 thru July 31, 1996. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Permit for those projects within 300 feet of Six Mile <br /> Creek, Yahara River and tributary to Lake Mendota. <br /> 2) . Project is for public water main system by the Town of <br /> Westport water utility district. <br /> 3) . Project involves trenching laying pipe, backfill and <br /> stabilize soon after installation. <br /> 4) . Engineering provided by Mark Vondrasek Professional <br /> Engineer with the Mayo Corporation. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions. Motion carried 4-0 . <br /> APPEALS FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS: <br /> #2633 - Lake Point - Westport - 5/25/95 P.H. <br /> Appear: M. Vondrasek <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES to hold request in abeyance, as per request <br /> of applicant, not beyond the June `96 Hearing and there <br /> shall be no further extensions. Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2687 - Bishops' Bay - Westport - 11/16/95 P.H. <br /> Appear: B. Fleck <br /> R. Klaas <br /> M. Semlar <br /> KLOPP/SAYLES to hold request in abeyance until April Hearing <br /> and to include on April inspection trip. Motion carried - <br /> 4-0 . <br /> #2705. Moldenhauer - Sun Prairie - 1/25/96 P.H. <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to hold request in abeyance as per request of <br /> applicant, said abeyance shall not exceed May Hearing. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br />
