Mielke OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> SAYLES/GASKILL to hold Appeal in abeyance until February <br /> Hearing at request of Township. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2703 . Appeal by Donald L. Braaten II for a variance from <br /> required setback from road as provided by Section 10 . 17 (2) <br /> to permit gas canopy as constructed at 2763 CTH N in the NE <br /> 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Pleasant Springs . <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Bratton OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> County Board, Town Board. <br /> GASKILL/QUACKENBUSH to deny requested variance from setback <br /> to road to permit gasoline canopy as constructed. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Canopy constructed without necessary zoning permit. <br /> 2) . Pending ordinance amendment (O.A. 22) would require a <br /> minimum setback of 20 feet from right-of-way. <br /> 3) .
