Hill OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> SAYLES/GASKILL to deny requested variance from setback to <br /> normal high watermark to permit addition to existing single <br /> family residence. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Applicant proposes deck expansion and screen porch <br /> addition. <br /> 2) . Existing residence is presently entirely within <br /> required setback to normal high watermark. <br /> 3) . Aggregate sideyard must exceed 15 feet, thusly sideyard <br /> variances necessary. <br /> 4) . Structure has existing wrap-around deck. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried - <br /> 4-0. <br /> #2705. Appeal by Blair Moldenhauer for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Koshkonong Creek North of <br /> 5702 Bird Street being Lots 1, 2 and 3, CSM #8031 in the <br /> W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> IN FAVOR: C.
