Baptista OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: --- <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES to grant, with conditions, permit to fill, <br /> grade and stream crossing for golf course construction as <br /> proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br /> TIMING: <br /> 6) . Pond excavation commencing February 15, 1996, Phase I <br /> (West of creek) commencing April 1, 1996 and ending May 1, <br /> `96 Phase II (SE corner) commencing June 15, `96 ending July <br /> 15, `96 Phase III (East of creek) commnencing July 15, `96 <br /> and ending August 15, `96 as per applicant planned and <br /> stamped 1/20/96 by Joel Gerrits professional engineer. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Applicant proposes 9-hole golf course on property zoned <br /> recreational and removed wetland mapping. <br /> 2) . Project entails rebuilding 2 existing bridges and <br /> constructing one additional over Saunders Creek. <br /> 3) . Excavated materials (pond) will be deposited outside <br /> shoreland areas . <br /> 4) . Parking lot run-off flows away from creek and toward <br /> road. <br /> 5) . Soil erosion control measures as per LCC Plan drafted <br /> by Craig McCallum. <br />
