That 6' x 14' lean-to storage addition to residence be <br /> removed. <br /> 2) . That there be no further requests for variances on this <br /> property. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Numerous variance requests previously made on this <br /> property already. <br /> 2) . Property is in an older plat where setback could be as <br /> little as 14 feet. <br /> 3) . Addition is proposed 2-story 20' x 52' with deck and <br /> offers expanded living area. <br /> 4) . Residence has no basement thusly storage is limited. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest . <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. Motion carried - <br /> 5-0 . <br />
