BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES <br /> OCTOBER 26, 1995 <br /> PRESENT: Quackenbush, Klopp, Gaskill and Sayles . <br /> ALSO: Gregorius and Reynolds . <br /> Meeting call to order at 6: 30 P.M. in Room 2-E City-County <br /> Building by Chair Quackenbush to hold public hearing as <br /> published by Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES : re: #2668 - (9/28/95 P.H. ) Gaskill/Klopp to amend <br /> minutes to read: Dreps/Sayles to hold request In abeyance <br /> until October hearing AT THE REQUEST OF THE TOWNSHIP. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> SAYLES/KLOPP to grant minutes of September 21, 1995 and <br /> September 28, 1995 as amended. Motion carried 4-0 . <br /> #2673 . Appeal by Gordon Brunner for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc. , within 300 feet of tributary to East Branch <br /> Blue Mounds Creek in th NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 5, Town of <br /> Vermont. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Brunner, Testimony: Zoning Administrator <br /> James Gregorius OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: County <br /> Highway <br /> KLOPP/SAYLES to grant permit with conditions to fill and <br /> grade as completed for road/driveway upgrade. , <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicab-le governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) .
