The barn addition shall be removed at the owner' s <br /> expense if future road improvement requires additional <br /> right-of-way. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . 6' x 12' barn addition was constructed without <br /> necessary Zoning Permit. <br /> 2) . Addition needed to house owner' s motor home in existing <br /> barn. <br /> 3) . Addition is located beyond front building line of <br /> existing encroachment . <br />
