That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project . <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . That no earth disturbance prior to April 1, 1996. <br /> 6) . Completion and certification deadline of June 30, 1996. <br /> Finding of fact : <br /> 1) . Project is for residential plat adjoining Diedrich <br /> Pond. <br /> 2) . Road construction with ditches and detention basin <br /> construction for small portion of plat within shoreland <br /> district . <br /> 3) . Permit is valid only for Phase I of Springhelt <br /> Subdivision. <br /> 4) . Engineering provided by Russell Kiviniemi P.E. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters <br /> by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or <br /> aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions . Motion <br /> carried 3-1 . (Gaskill, no) . <br /> #2679 . Appeal by Thomas Hellenbrand for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Six Mile Creek in the <br /> SW1/4 SE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Kiviniemi OPPOSED: R. Bindl, J. Schultz <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> SAYLES/GASKILL to grant, with conditions, permit to fill, <br /> grade and construct drainageways within Plat of Irish <br /> Meadows . <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br />
