1 <br /> BOA 9/28/95 <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 28, 1995 <br /> PRESENT: Sayles, Dreps, Gaskill, Quackenbush and Klopp. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Gregorius and Reynolds . <br /> Meeting called to order at 6 : 30 P.M. by Chairman <br /> Quackenbush, in Room 2-E City-County Building, to hold <br /> Public Hearing as published by Class II Notice. <br /> Minutes Gaskill/Sayles to approve minutes of August 10 and <br /> 24, 1995. Motion carried 5-0 . <br /> SEPTEMBER AGENDA ITEMS: <br /> #2665. Appeal by Emilie Scheerenberger et al for a <br /> variance from required lot area, lot width, lot coverage and <br /> sideyards as provided by Sections 10 . 05 (4) , 10 . 07 (7) , <br /> 10 . 07 (5) , 10 . 16 (6) and 11 . 03 (1) to permit lot line <br /> adjustment of platted lots at 2054, 2056 and 2060 Barber <br /> Drive being - Lots 4, 5 and 6, Lincoln Park - Section 26, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Scheerenberger, J. Tiefel OPPOSED: -- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES to grant variances from requird lot area, <br /> width, sideyards and lot coverage as proposed, and shown on <br /> revised Sarko Map #4-27776. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project is intended to clarify and evenly distribute <br /> discrepancies in surveys between 3 existing platted lots . <br /> 2) . Application is re-apply of previous approval to which <br /> Certified Survey Map was not recorded timely. <br /> 3) . The three property owners affected are in support of <br /> approval . <br /> 4) . Re-definition of existing lots will more equitably <br /> align boundaries with building locations . <br /> CONCLUSIONS: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant . <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0 . <br />
