Harrison OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> Town Board <br /> DREPS/SAYLES to grant variance of 16 feet from required <br /> setback from right-of-way of CTH AB to permit addition as <br /> proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has withdrawn variance request from maximum <br /> allowable lot coverage. <br /> 2) . Addition will replace existing cottage with year round <br /> residence . <br /> 3) . Addition will be further from right-of-way than <br /> existing garage erected under Variance #1060-4/22/82 . <br /> 4) . Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming <br /> structures with numerous variances being granted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried -- 5-0 . <br /> #2663 . Appeal by James W. and Joan A.
