That no enlargement/expansion of existing boathouse in <br /> its present location take place. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has withdrawn requested variances from <br /> sideyard and setback from normal high watermark. <br /> 2) . Permit will allow lower level walk-out from proposed <br /> residence. <br /> 3) . Engineering services provided by Richard Severn <br /> professional engineer. <br /> 4) . Soil erosion stabilization measures to remain in place <br /> thru project completion. <br />
