Appeal by Bradford&Dianne Eneix for a variance from required setback from <br /> normal high watermark as provided by Section 11.03(2) to permit residential <br /> addition/alteration as proposed at 2252 County Highway AB being Lot#8, Washington <br /> Park, Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Sewell, B. Ledworoski, B. Eneix OPPOSED: M. Amstad <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board, Department of Natural Resources <br /> SAYLES/LONG to hold until January Hearing. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> #3221. Appeal by Danny & Linda Dupree for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10.17(5)to permit residential addition as constructed at 7464 <br /> Privett Road being part of Lot#15, Sauk Hills, Section 7, Town of Roxbury. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Dupree OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION: -- <br /> KAY/SAYLES to grant requested variance from required setback to Privet Road to <br /> permit covered entry porch as constructed. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Applicant obtained Zoning Permit (ZP 2001-1164/ 11-01-01) for garage and dining <br /> room addition. <br /> 2). Overlooked on site plan submitted, was porch proposal—however, permit was <br /> endorsed 30 feet minimum required setback. <br /> 3). As built dimensions are 16'x 7'while 10.16(4)(e) would permit entry not exceeding <br /> 12' wide. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without injustice to <br /> applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried— 5-0. <br /> #3222. Appeal by Peter &Nancy Christopher for variances from required side yard and <br /> maximum height and floor area of accessory building as provided by Sections 10.07(3) <br /> and (7) and 10.04(1) to permit detached garage construction at 3270 Brooklyn Drive <br /> being Lot 11, Camp Columbia, Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Christopher OPPOSED: D. Lewis, L. Harr <br /> COMMUNICATION: Historical Society, Town Board <br /> LONG/SAYLES to hold request in abeyance until January Hearing, upon request from <br /> Township. Motion carried— 5-0. <br />
