Appeal by Bishop's Bay Country Club, Inc. for a variance from required sideyard <br /> as provided by Section 10.11(7) to permit cooler addition to existing building at 3500 <br /> Bishops Drive being Lot#2, CSM#9967, in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5 South, Town <br /> of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: T. Coleman OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> SAYLES/KAY to deny requested variance of 5.6 feet from required sideyard to permit <br /> walk-in cooler as situated. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Concrete slab poured and cooler set atop without necessary zoning permit. <br /> 2). Location desired for proximity to kitchen and serving stations. <br /> trie 3). Cooler is needed for storage of adult beverages. <br /> 4). In remodel project(Zoning Permit 99-3474) applicant acknowledged additional <br /> cooler in conforming location however, subject cooler not included in plans. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried- 5-0. <br /> #3140. Appeal by The Town Board of Perry of the Interpretation of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Administrator as it pertains to substantial income requirements of farm plan <br /> reviews as provided by Sections 10.04(1) and(4), 10.123(1) and (2), and 10.25(2),Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Sewell, L. Blushke, c. Hamre OPPOSED: A. Arntsen, D. Gehl <br /> COMMUNICATION: G. Boley, D. King <br /> KAY/SAYLES to hold appeal until August Hearing and request that any additional <br /> submittals made to Staff by August 14th. Motion carried- 5-0. <br /> #3141. Appeal by The State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for a variance <br /> from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17(1)to permit construction <br /> of salt storage shed within right-of-way of I 90-94 at County Highway T, in the SW 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 Section 35,Town of Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: J.Norwell, K. Konkel OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: County Highway <br /> SAYLES/KAY to grant with condition a variance of 42 feet to right-of-way of I 90-94 <br /> L, to allow structure to be located within highway right-of-ways as proposed. <br /> Condition: <br />
