Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #3085. Hartwig-Dunn-4/27/00 <br /> SAYLES/LONG to deny requested setback to Waubesa Avenue. Motion carried- 3-0 <br /> (Kay, abstain). <br /> SAYLES/LONG to grant a variance of 2.9 feet from required setback to right-of-way of <br /> Second Street. Motion carried-3-0 (Kay, abstain). <br /> KLOPP/SAYLES to deny sideyard (North lot line)variance. Motion carried - 3-0 (Kay, <br /> abstain). <br /> SAYLES/KLOPP to deny requested height variance. Applicant proposes to remove (2) existing/garages and construct a large non- <br /> conforming single structure. <br /> 2).
