Applicant has purchased a 30 foot diameter above ground swim pool and wishes to <br /> install. <br /> 2). Lot slopes significantly from road to Six Mile Creek. <br /> 3). Property has 12 feet utility and 15 feet sanitary easements running through it. <br /> 4). Well located behind garage prohibits moving pool further South. <br /> 5). Variance approval would allow neighboring properties to also have reduced setbacks. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Unnecessary hardship was not proven.
