Sherven - Springdale - 8/26/99 P.H. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Sarko, K & S Sherven <br /> SAYLES/ROSS to grant, with conditions a variance of 20 feet <br /> from right-of-way of Liberty Street and 28 feet from right- <br /> of-way of CTH G to permit addition to existing feed store <br /> as proposed. <br /> Conditions: <br /> 1) . Subject to the Dane County Sruveyor verification that <br /> submittals of highway right-of-way locations are accurate <br /> representations. <br /> 2) . The commercial addition shall be removed at the owners <br /> expense if future road improvement requires additional <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 3) . Construction and destruction window of 120 days from <br /> start to finish. <br /> 4) . That all parking stalls be visibly marked on the <br /> property. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Old mill building to be razed to provide additional <br /> parking spaces. <br /> 2) . Property has been utilized as a feed mill business <br /> since 1840' s . <br /> 3) . Township has several road vacations on file to <br /> accommodate business expansion. <br /> 4) . Road frontage on 3 of 4 sides of property. <br /> 5) . Parking designation intended to aid in traffic flow and <br /> provide accessibility to adjoining neighbors . <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> Motion 5-0. <br /> 2) .
