BOA 6/24/99 Page 1 <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES <br /> JUNE 24, 1999 <br /> PRESENT: Long, Kay,Ross,and Sayles <br /> Also: Reynolds <br /> Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m. in room#2-F by chair Kay to hold public hearing as <br /> published by class II notice. <br /> Minutes: LONG/ROSS to approve the minutes of May 20, 1999 and May 27, 1999 as submitted. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> JUNE PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS : <br /> #3030. Appeal by Jeannie Oliver for a variance from maximum lot coverage,minimum sideyard <br /> and required setback from road as provided by Sections 11.03(1), 10.05(5), 10.16(5)and 10.17(4) <br /> to permit addition/alteration of existing single family residence and accessory building as <br /> constructed at 3147 Sunnyside Street being Lot 8,Lee's Park-Section 18,Town of Pleasant <br /> frw Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Oliver OPPOSED: — COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> ROSS/SAYLES to grant,with condition,variance from 5 foot minimum required right sideyard <br /> to permit foundation under and second story over existing residence. <br /> Condition: That roadside storage building be removed. Motion carried 4 -0. <br /> ROSS/KAY to grant,with condition,variance from required setback to right of way of Sunnyside <br /> St.to permit repair and alteration of roofline of existing garage. <br /> Condition: Provided that the work to the garage not exceed repair or removal of more than 50% <br /> of the structural components. Motion carried 4 -0. <br /> ROSS/LONG to deny requested variance from maximum lot coverage to allow proposed <br /> addition/alteration. Motion carried 3 - 1. (Sayles -no). <br /> 1 <br />
