Proposed setback from main channel of Yahara river is 75 feet,while th erequested variance is from the ordinary high water mark of a wetland marsh area below the ordinary high water mark. 4). Proposed tank location is to facilitate fueling of boats from a dockside location.. 5). Existing tank and fueling operation is being relocated for enviromental and traffic pattern concerns.
