At the discretion of the Board of Adjustment, <br /> inspection and approval by the Zoning Department during <br /> and/or upon completion may be required. <br /> 7) . Permit valid April 4, 1999 with completion and <br /> certification of July 30, 1999. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Project intends to install 1 1/2 mile of 30 inch sewer <br /> pipe. <br /> 2) . Pipeline is a gravity-interceptor which needs low-lying <br /> areas which are generally associated with watercourses. <br /> 3) . Pipe will cross un-named tributary to Badger Mill Creek 8 <br /> or 9 times. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions. Motion carried - 4-0 <br /> #2998. Appeal by Timm and Heather Zumm to appeal the <br /> Interpretation of the Dane County Zoning Administrator as it <br /> pertains to repair/restoration of nonconforming structures and <br /> structures in the flood zone - Sections 10.23, 11.03, 17.51, <br /> 17.52, 17.53 and 17.39 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> IN FAVOR: A. Arntsen, T. Zumm OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> D. Gault, M. Cupp, Department of Natural Resources. <br /> ROSS/KLOPP to hold request in abeyance until December Hearing. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2999. James <br /> KLOPP/ROSS to grant, with conditions, permit to fill and grade <br /> associated with road extension and utility installation as <br /> proposed. <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules <br /> and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances . <br />
