P . for the Kountry Keg in Token Creek , Sec 3 , Town of Burke Dear Committee Members : On June 17 , 1992 the Town Board took action on a request from Lydia Reynolds , owner of the Kountry Keg Bar. The Request: ( see attached map ) The grandfathered parcel where the tavern sits is to be changed from A-1 to B-1 with a C.U . P. to allow outside recreation with lights . The parcel zoned R-1 will have R-1 on the front which abuts Mary Ida Drive . The back of the parcel abuts the grandfathered parcel , and is to be rezoned from R-1 to B-1 , with a C. U . P. to be an auxiliary parcel to the tavern and allow recreation and lights . Conditions: The lighting is to be the same type and wattage as are on the property today ( 6/17/92 ) . Time for shut off of lights in the Volleyball area is 9 : 30PM Time for shut off of lights in the Horseshoe area is 10 :00PM A privacy fence will be installed prior to the use of the recreational areas. Because of the concerns of the residents in the area, Mrs. Reynolds has agreed to deed restrict the property to only .: - allow the tavern and the recreational use, unless waved by 4: -- allow Town Board. Our Attorney is drafting the deed restriction that is to be recorded. As soon as that draft is approved by the Board , I will send you a copy .
